Cialis 40 mg (two 20mg tablets): this is often recommended for pulmonary arterial hypertension. This refers to high blood pressure in lungs, and the patient’s right side of the heart has to pump more blood against this pressure. PDE-5 inhibitor is believed to reduce the pulmonary pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance.

- Do not take take Cialis without doctor’s prescription or anyway that has not been recommended by the doctor.
- Cialis can be taken with or without food.
- Do not take Cialis more than once in a day.
- Cialis can be taken at any time of the day. its effect will start just after 30 minutes and can last for as long as 36 hours.
- In case of any doubt or unexpected side effect, contact your doctor immediately.
- Do not adjust your dosage without referring to your prescriber.
- Do not take cake excess of alcohol while taking Cialis. This may lead to low blood pressures, headache and dizziness during sexual activity. In such a case, stop immediately and refer to your doctor.
- Do not take any ED medicines or ED treatment while taking Cialis.
